Variations in arrangements
Our floral arrangements are unique and often made my different florists – so not two are ever identical. Every effort is made to fulfil your order expectation as set by the product image on the website or social media and descriptions. Variations may occur due to stock levels, availability or seasonality. In these instances, substitutions of equal or greater value will be made without compromising the creative concept and design of the product you selected.
La Mia Rosa personally selects and purchases fresh flowers daily. Only the highest quality and most beautiful flowers make our selection and subsequently, our arrangements. Once an arrangement is completed, another quality check is conducted by staff prior to dispatch. All effort is made to ensure your product is flawless on delivery to you or your loved one.
Complaints and refunds
If you receive damaged flowers, please email a picture within 24 hours of receipt to [email protected] with the order number in the subject line. Only emails will be accepted.It is our priority to ensure everything you receive is as perfect as it was at the time of dispatch and want to resolve the issue swiftly. A full replacement or refund (including delivery or postage) will be made if the product was faulty or defective on arrival.
Upon review, La Mia Rosa will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Further instructions will be emailed to you on how the return will be organised. Exchanges or refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days.
Eligibility for a refund.
Please note that refunds are only made on faulty or defective items – not for change of mind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging – which must be intact.
Any claims received later than 24 hours after delivery will be rejected.

If you have any issues with your purchase, we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on a product that has been personalised. Please email [email protected].
